Biography: Senator Ed. Maloney (D - Chicago) is an assistant
principal and dean of faculty at Brother Rice High School in
Chicago. He has also been a manager and professional
development director for the Chicago Park District, and a
teacher and school administrator. He served in the House for
the last 4 months of the 87th General Assembly (1992-93). He
has a bachelor's degree in political science from Lewis
University, and a master's degree in education from Chicago
State University
