Effective on August 16,
2005, series LLC were permitted to be formed under Illinois

This seminar will prepare you to answer the questions of
your company or clients about series LLCs. You will learn
from an experienced attorney and CPA how series LLCs are
formed, maintained, and operated. In addition, you will
learn how you must account for their operations and prepare
their taxes. Stay up-to-date on this important new
development in Illinois.

seminar is Debra J. Tucker. She is a CPA and an attorney
